Tourmalet is a cylindrically-shaped sheep’s milk cheese from the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is the farmhouse version of Petit Basque, a well-known Basque style cheese.

Hard, smooth, and chewy, Tome de Laruns has a sharp, nutty flavor and meaty finish. Made from the raw milk of sheep grazing on wild grasses, herbs, and plants, Tome de Laruns will change your perspective on Pyrenees cheeses.

This cheese pairs wonderfully with Voigner wines.
